A ONE-DAY RETREAT

This year we are experimenting with two One-Day PP&G retreats. Same heart. Same hospitality. Same focus on healing, connection, and re-imagination. Same basic flow...all in a six-hour experience.

We are not where we were; we are not yet where we will be. We are on our way.

Join us in NYC as we seek to find Christ on the way. Or better said: to be found by Christ on the way. On this six hour retreat, we’ll enter into the story of the Good Samaritan and wrestle with a few questions: Who is our neighbor and what does it mean to help bind up their wounds? What can holy hospitality look like in our divided world? As Christ-followers and Church Leaders, how can we tangibly participate with God's healing work in ourselves, our neighbors, and even our enemies?

Through this ancient text and ecumenical spiritual practices, we’ll invite the Spirit of Christ to help us take the next right step into Love.

Basic Schedule

MONDAY (October 20th)

8:30am Coffee and Registration
9:00am Morning worship, liturgy, embodied prayer, and contemplative practice 10:00am Drew Jackson teaching on “The Good Samaritan”, interaction, poetry, holy space, and practice 12:00pm Lunch Together 1:00pm Embodied prayer, Shauna Niequist teaching on “Holy Hospitality”, and conversation
2:00pm Closing Eucharist and Sending Service.
3:00pm Retreat Ends

3:30--5pm Optional Add-on Experiences (*details coming soon*)

5pm Practice Delight in NYC! (Shauna and the team will help you make a plan)
