The Pastors, Priests, & Guides Church Partnership Program

The Simple vision For this new Program is to work in and through local churches as we help Leaders find rest, connection, and reimagination. We are asking the Church (with a capital “C”) to invest in the health and sustainability of leaders that may not currently serve their local congregation. This is a Kingdom investment that requires local congregations to see themselves as a part of a larger, ecumenical network.

We Believe:

The local church is not the enemy of pastoral rest - It can be the catalyst for holistic spiritual health.

Investing in leaders (even if they don’t work in your community) is a gift to the future church.

Caring for isolated and exhausted leaders is a shared responsibility.

Ways to Partner

Consider these a starting point! We are open to other ways we might could co-create together.

Virtual Consulting/Coaching

A member of the PP&G team will meet with you (or your team) two times on Zoom to consult on how to engage spiritual practices, how rest/sabbath can be integrated into a church culture, Sunday liturgy planning, or just answer questions you might have.

Guest Leadership

A member of the PP&G team will be available for a weekend of programming for your congregation. This could include guest worship leading, teaching, or a combination of both.

Contextualized Retreats

The PP&G team can tailor a church retreat for your community. This could look like meeting with your leaders around a specific topic on a Friday, hosting a half day retreat for your congregation on a Saturday, and/or leading as a part of your Sunday liturgy. We will tailor this time to your specific needs and context.

Regardless of the financial commitment, all partners receive a retreat registration code that covers the cost of one registration and access to the Co-Creator Community.

The financial commitment of the church will depend on the scope of the relationship, but we ask that every partner commit to donating at least $1000.
